We, at Bodysound, have “Something for everybody – from 16 – 80”.We pride ourselves in our ‘friendly, caring and very personalised service’. Whether you are a regular exerciser or have never set foot in a “Health Club”, we can devise the right plan for you.

We are a privately owned club, established since 1994. We are located on the Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate, and offer free parking.

The Fitness Centre
Cardiovascular Equipment: 5 Rowing Machines: 6 Schwinn bikes: 6 Cross Trainers: 3 Steppers: 2 Warm Up bikes: 4 Recumbent bikes: 9 Treadmills.

Resistance Equipment: Free weights, stretch machines and the full range to ensure all needs are catered for.

Studio 1 and 2
Over 50 classes in superbly appointed air-conditioned Studios. Open to non-members. All classes are FREE to members.

Crèche:
A Crèche is offered Monday to Friday 9.00am to 11:00am

Weight Control Centre:
A separate room, containing 8 Toning tables, 2 Treadmills and 2 Recumbent Bikes , combining toning and fat-burning. A wonderful way to get started on that Weight Loss Plan.

Health Suite
Sauna, Steam room, Solarium and lounging area to relax the mind and body.The Lounge
A delightful venue. Fully licensed. Snacks and Full meals available.

Beauty Treatments
Full range of beauty treatments as well as Aromatherapy Massage, Sports massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage. Open to members and non-members.

The Social Scene
A very active “Social Committee” organize a host of events throughout the year enjoyed by members and their friends.
