We understand that many people would find the gym or classes intimidating. With this in mind, we have designed a completely different facility, containing only 8 Toning Tables, 2 Treadmills and 2 Recumbent bikes, thus accommodating a maximum of 12 people. The Weight Control Centre is fully staffed, so personalised attention is given at all times, to ensure that you achieve your goal.
Whether you are the total non-exerciser or are already used to regular exercise, we will assess the right plan for you.
